Rachel spent eight years in enterprise procurement legal operations before co-founding Proculr. She led contract operations at two large financial services firms and saw firsthand how review backlogs cost organizations time and deal velocity.

David previously built document intelligence infrastructure at a legal technology company. He holds patents in legal document classification and brings deep expertise in clause-level NLP.
